A rapid chess championship was held in Mexico with the idChess broadcast

On May 11, in Mexico, more than 50 chess players took part in the Rapid Chess Championship “Coahuila 2024”.

Organizing was done by idChess partner, the FIDE Arbiter Eduardo Aguilar. At the competition, 6 rounds were played with time control of 25 minutes per game with 5 seconds added per move. The tournament was held in different age categories: boys and girls under the age of 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, and 20, as well as seniors, competed for awards.
